Bye bye, 2019...

Things are winding down for Christmas here at the Pink Couch studios. Last week, I was lucky enough to visit the decorations at Chatsworth House (which was lovely), and I spent the weekend watching Christmas films and wrapping presents and getting festive. I've just finished baking some Christmas biscuits (edible, rather than salt dough - recipe here) that I didn't get around to doing last year and I'm even wearing a Christmas jumper.

As this is my last post of the year, I thought that I would take a look back at what I got up to in life and on the blog in 2019, click the links for any blog posts your might have missed!

I took another trip back to my favourite, Paris where I searched for Invader street art, went to Italy (twice) and located a new Banksy during my first visit to Venice, saw Ferrara and Bologna and explored Rome. I saw amazing exhibitions close to home, Leonardo da Vinci drawings in Derby and further afield with cool Keith Haring in Liverpool and Van Gogh and Christian Dior in London and Chihuly at Kew Gardens. And I even managed a little break in glorious Cornwall and Dorest.

As 2019 comes to a close, I would also like to take this opportunity to thank all the lovely clients who I have had the pleasure of working with on their projects this year and for all your support for the Manor House, Quorn in the Muddy Stilettos Awards, winners of Best Boutique Stay featuring bedrooms designed by Pink Couch!

Thanks for reading, looking forward to bringing you more blogs and working on your projects with you in 2020 and don't forget right now you can still get £5 off all online interior design packages and gift vouchers, in case you need a last minute gift idea!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from Pink Couch!
